How to order as a trade customer
- Send us your sizes & spec. Email or WhatsApp your schedule, rough sketches or drawings. Include profile, colour, opening directions, cills, add-ons and glass spec if you know it. We supply trade uPVC windows, uPVC doors, composite doors and aluminium bi-folds.
- We confirm details & price. We’ll come back with any questions, confirm the final spec and send a written quote with estimated lead times, so you can quote your customer confidently.
- Place order & pay deposit. Once you’re happy, we take payment in line with our trade terms and move the job into our production schedule.
- Collect from us or arrange delivery. Collection is from 66 Montgomery St, Birmingham. Local delivery can be arranged — talk to us when ordering to see what works best on your project.
For regular trade accounts we can discuss tailored payment terms and processes. We’re also happy to help with tricky specifications or repeat house-type schedules.
